Course Selection

Time Table Changes - September 2026

Student timetables were distributed on Friday, June 19, 2026 and are currently available on MyEd. Please note that

timetables are very tight and have been created based on the course selections students submitted, including

students’ chosen alternate courses.

Review of Timetables

• Appointments can be booked through School Online Appointments. 

• Username: your school email address
• Password: your two initials (lowercase) + your student number

• You will need to select a counsellor based on your last name and grade:

• Grade 12
• Gr 8 to 11 – A to K (last name)
• Gr 8 to 11 – L to Z (last name)

Appointment Availability

• Grade 8s – should not have to alter or change their timetables (only if incomplete)

• Grade 9 to 12 students (appointments booked online)

• Thursday Morning- September 3, 2026
• Friday Morning – September 4, 2026
• Tuesday Morning – September 8, 2026
• Wednesday Morning – September 9, 2026

Appropriate Reasons to Book an Appointment

1. You do not have a full timetable

2. You are missing required courses for graduation

3. You are not enrolled in a course required for post-secondary plans

4. You were unsuccessful in a course and need to repeat it

Inappropriate Reasons for Requests

Please do not book appointments:

• To change your timetable to match a peer

• To request a different teacher

Timetables have been carefully built based on student course selections, and flexibility is very limited. We encourage

all students to carefully review the reasons above before booking an appointment.
